DIARIO-ROME 2015-2016
During my 2 months stay in Rome in 2015 and 2016 I had the time to get to know the town in a closer way.My daily travel to Roma Monte Mario and the weekend walk in town evoked in me the wish to snap shoot some impression of my stay. Back in the atelier in Germany I started to use the photos to integrate them into watercolor painting. A kind of painting Diary emerged out of the places, people and impressions.
Während der 2 Monate meines Aufenthaltes in Rom 2015 und 2016 lernte ich die Stadt näher kennen. Auf meinem alltäglichen Weg nach Roma Monte Mario und bei Wochenend Spaziergängen durch die Stadt fotografierte ich meine Eindrücke. Zurück im Atelier integrierte ich die Fotos zu Elementen der Aquarell Malerei. So ist eine Art Bilder Tagebuch der Orte, Menschen und Eindrücke entstanden.
